The District Of Rufus is the heart and soul of the United States Of Jesstopia. The capital city offers an extensive history spanning back to the start of the Jesstopian War For Independence from the USA. The District Of Rufus was founded on April 17, 1809, by Jesstinian just months prior to his untimely death. He chose modern day Rufus for the new site of the Jesstopian federal seat. It was therefore made the capital of the brand new country.
